How do I sign a PDF?

Open a PDF, tap “Sign” at the bottom, draw your signature with your finger (or pick a saved one) and place it on the page. Move, resize and rotate it directly with your fingers. Then tap “Save” – done.

“From Your Computer” can’t find my iPhone?

Your computer and your iPhone/iPad must be on the same network (same Wi-Fi, or the computer connected to the same router by Ethernet). Easiest way: scan the QR code shown in the app with your camera, or type the displayed address into your browser. Corporate and guest networks sometimes block such connections.

Is my signature legally valid?

Tinte permanently embeds your signature as an image into the PDF – like a printed and signed document, just without the printer. That is sufficient for many everyday documents. It is not a qualified electronic signature (QES) under the eIDAS regulation.

Are my documents uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything stays on your device – no account, no cloud, no ads, no tracking. See the privacy policy for details.
